Sales Rep Dashboards

Dashboards specifically for sales representatives are often overlooked in favor of higher level sales management dashboards, yet dashboards at this level are more effective and influencing future performance than sales management dashboards which typically contain more historical data.

A Sales Rep dashboard aims to tell the story as it relates purely to each person - how they are tracking to quota, what type of activity is getting the best results and how they are performing against their team mates, and against previous reporting periods.

A sales rep is constantly evaluating their sales pipeline - and how likely it is to perform over the coming weeks. The horizon is long but the focus is shorter term. An effective sales person is constantly asking themselves 'what can i do right now to improve my sales potential'?. Rather than spend countless hours looking through reports, or multiple CRM screens, a Sales Rep Dashboard provides them the insight they need in one quick glance.

The CRM can only provide accurate data if activity is entered in a timely manner. Most Sales people detest the time needed to keep their CRM up to date, but once they start working with sales analytics tools - this attitude starts to change quite rapidly.
