SAS to Offer BI Solutions For SMB Market

SAS have announced [Feb 2009] their intention to provide SAS Business Intelligence Solutions for SMB Market through a strategic hosting alliance with Qualex and nGenX.

Qualex is a consulting services provider, and nGenX a national leader of outsourced IT solutions.

Qualex, A SAS Alliance Gold Reseller, will also offer SAS software management services to its customers ranging from deployment and configuration, daily backups, software patches and upgrades, data migration services, and analytics.

nGenX uses dedicated server configurations to offer fast deployment of SAS BI products with various hardware configurations to meet each of its customer’s unique deployment needs. With nGenX, organizations can choose to deploy SAS solutions in a hosted environment that is both economical and secure, and providing more processing power leveraging the latest HP BladeSystem and VMWare technology.

The joint aim of the partners is to provide SAS BI solutions with the lowest total-cost-of-ownership for the SMB market.
